As a leading financial institution, Treasure Bowl Fintech Lending Corp. is a lending entity recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines and operates under the authorization and oversight of the SEC, with SEC Company Reg. No. CS201916340 and Certificate of Authorization No. 3101.

The IC Lend is operated by I.CAN CAPITAL LENDING INC., which is organized and based in the Philippines.

How IC Lend Collects and Processes Information?

IC Lend requires clients/data subjects to complete an online registration form. Our technical support team then verifies these applications to categorize them as either active/verified or inactive/unverified. Unverified accounts are segregated and anonymized after 365 days, while the information of other unverified applicants is deleted and removed from IC Lend's database.

The information collected, processed, and stored is used to analyze salary ranges, demographic details, and other pertinent data necessary for loan approval and processing for applicants/clients/data subjects. No information is disclosed to any third party during the verification process, throughout the execution, or for the duration of the loan contract with the applicant/client/data subject.

If personal or sensitive information needs to be disclosed for legitimate purposes to partner banks or financial institutions, it will be governed by a specific data-sharing agreement that complies with the Data Privacy Act requirements.

All personal data is encrypted using our existing data protection technologies. Anonymized personal data is stored securely for a maximum of five years. IC Lend may collaborate with third-party technology or service providers for these purposes, adhering to all relevant data privacy and protection regulations.
